Terms and conditions
1. Parties
These terms are between you and 16417086 Canada Inc., operating as TurnAI Local. The registered office is 612 Appleby Line, Burlington, Ontario L7L 2Y3, Canada.
The public name is TurnAI Local. That is the only name on the site.
You are the person or business that signs in and uses the service.
2. What the service is
TurnAI Local reads the website you name, the business context you give, and the outcome you say matters. It returns a growth plan: gaps, ranked next moves, and drafts you can review.
Drafts are machine-generated and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for review before use. Nothing is published to a connected social account unless you approve that specific move or you have enabled an Autopilot schedule that you configured in advance. Autopilot, when available, publishes according to the schedule and settings you set.
The paid product is currently Facebook Organic. On the site it is a Connection, not a Connector. Additional connections may be added.
The service is not legal advice, not a ranking guarantee, not insurance, not a loan, not a security, and not an investigation of a person. Being found first in lists or on the map is the aim of the work. It is not a promise of position.
3. Account
Sign-in is a Google account. You keep the credentials accurate. Your name from sign-in is written to the contact record and mirrored.
You agree to these terms before the service runs for you. That agreement is recorded.
4. Price and payment
The price is USD 20 per month, flat. Tax is not shown on the face. Payment is taken by Stripe.
The price you accept is the price shown before you pay. A later price change applies to a later purchase or renewal, not to a charge already settled.
5. Payment
The paid product is Facebook Organic. The price is USD 20 per month. Stripe takes the payment. That is the whole charge. There is no capacity unit and no meter on this page.
6. Cancel and refund
Cancel stops the service. Future attempts stop.
Work already produced stays settled.
If you pay by card for the first time, you may request a refund within 24 hours of that payment. After 24 hours, or on any later monthly payment, no refund is available. Cancellation stops future service. Work already produced remains settled.
7. Your sites and content
You name the site to be read and represent that you have the right to point the service at it, including any personal information of your staff, customers or others that appears on that site. You will not direct us to access any system by bypassing authentication. You keep your site, your name and your marks. TurnAI Local keeps the service, the method and the software. These terms do not assign your copyright or trademark to us. You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you supplied or authorized us to collect from those properties.
8. Personal information
The privacy notice is at /privacy. The statute for this commercial activity is the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Write to privacy@turnailocal.com or to the registered office.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law. Do not hold the service out as a lawyer, broker, insurer or investigator. Do not attempt to read a site you have no right to point at. Do not request sexual deepfakes of an identifiable person, child sexual content, or non-consensual intimate images. We may refuse a prompt or an artifact that we reasonably believe would violate the law and may preserve it for an incident file.
10. Limits
The service is provided as is. It is a reading of the named site and the stated goal. It is not a promise of revenue, rank, or a legal outcome. The service may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnAI Local is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Statutory rights that cannot be limited are not affected.
11. Marketing messages
Creating an account or using the service is not consent to receive commercial electronic messages about other products or offers. We send marketing messages only if you give separate consent. Each such message will identify us and include an unsubscribe mechanism that we honour within ten business days.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, except where mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
13. Stop and change
Either side may stop future use. Produced work already settled stays settled. TurnAI Local may suspend access if a charge is refused.
A change to these terms is shown on this page. A change does not rewrite a payment already settled.
