Privacy notice

The federal statute for this commercial activity is the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This notice is the public statement required by that Act. It is not the terms of use.

The Privacy Officer was designated on 10 October 2026. Write to the email or the address above. A letter to that address reaches the officer.
2. What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address, and the identifier Google gives us.
- What you type: business name, website address, location, and the goal you say matters.
- What the service makes: the growth plan, and a draft post if you use a connected social account.
- From the payment: Stripe holds the card and calculates the tax from your location. We receive the fact of payment, the amount, and the last status. We do not store the full card number.
- From the browser: IP address, and the pages you open on this site, kept in ordinary server logs.
We do not ask for a health record, a government identity number, or a precise GPS point.
3. Why
- To open and keep your account.
- To read the public site you name and return a plan.
- To prepare a post and publish it only after you approve it or according to an Autopilot schedule you configured.
- To take payment and to show the tax that applies at your location.
- To answer a support message and to keep the service secure.
We identify the purpose at or before collection. We do not use the information for a new purpose without telling you.
4. Consent
You consent when you create the account, name a site, or pay. You may withdraw consent for a future use. Withdrawal does not undo a post you already approved, and it may mean we can no longer provide the product. A withdrawal goes to the Privacy Officer.
Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect service-related messages about your account, billing, or the product you are using.
5. Who else sees it
We use service providers to host the service, to run AI models that produce drafts, to process payments (Stripe), and to publish approved posts to Meta. These providers may process personal information outside Canada, including in the United States. We require them to use the information only for the task we give them or under their own legal duty. A current list of material providers is available from the Privacy Officer on request.
We do not sell personal information.
6. How long
We keep the account and the plan while the account is open, and for as long after as a tax, accounting, or legal duty requires. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then deleted or aggregated. You may ask us to delete the account. We delete what the law lets us delete.
7. Safeguards
Access to the account is limited to people who need it for the product. The connection to the site is encrypted. Payment data stays with Stripe.
8. Your access
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct it. Write to the Privacy Officer. We answer within 30 days, or we tell you why we need longer. We may ask you to confirm that you are the person the information is about.
9. A challenge
If you think we have not followed this notice or PIPEDA, write to the Privacy Officer first. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, at priv.gc.ca.
10. Children
The product is for a business owner. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13.
11. Changes
A change to this notice is a new version, dated at the top. The current version is the one on this page.
